Celebrate September 17th as “Constitution Day”

To honor the U.S. Constitution’s signing date of September 17, 1787, the U.S. Congress enacted a law requiring educational institutions to observe September 17th as “Constitution Day”, so students may learn about the U.S. Constitution.
