If you need help or support, you may contact us using the following methods.
For technical support or questions:
Technical questions include issues with broken links, videos, audio, exams, error messages, trouble submitting assignments, materials not opening correctly or general help requests about using the course system.
Chat: Click on the “Chat” box at the bottom left of the www.cityvision.edu page, or in courses.
For academic questions:
Academic questions are questions about understanding the course material, course assignments, or grading decisions.
If you have questions about a specific Assignment or Discussion grade, click on the Grades tab of the course, then click on the Assignment or Discussion. Post your question as a comment.
If you have general questions about course content, you can contact your instructor using the email address listed on the Meet Your Instructors page. You can also click on Help & Links in the left sidebar, select “Ask Your Instructor a Question”, then select your course and type a message.
Any replies to faculty Announcements or posts on a Discussion are public, so don’t ask private questions there.
