Since we don’t currently have a recent FAFSA from you, you must complete this form if you wish to receive funds. Alternatively, you could complete the 21-22 FASFA here. If you do that, use school code 041191.
This information is necessary in order to demonstrate that you have financial need and were affected by the pandemic. We will get back to you if you are approved for these funds.
